Client(s) M&G Investment Management Ltd.

Jones Day acted on behalf of M&G Investment Management Limited in connection with the €300 million senior credit facilities provided to Blackstone Group to finance the acquisition of the Mint Hotels portfolio. The senior credit facilities were arranged by Deutsche Bank and the mezzanine facilities were arranged by Duet Private Equity.
