Jones Day advised The TEG Group plc, a cutting edge green technology company, which develops and operates organic composting and energy plants throughout the United Kingdom, in connection with its placing to institutional shareholders carried out by Ambrian Partners Limited and open offer to existing shareholders, valuing the company at £11.5 million (US$17.8 million).
