KPMG administrators sell Advisory and Services divisions of Connaught group

Client(s) KPMG as administrators of the Connaught group

Jones Day acted for the administrators (from KPMG) of various companies in the Advisory and Services divisions of the Connaught group. We acted primarily in relation to the sale of the assets and businesses of the divisions in separate transactions to Better Capital (in the case of the Advisory division) and Rentokil (in the case of the Services division).
