Bank of America Merrill Lynch leads financing for Wright Express

Jones Day represented Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent, and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, as lead arranger, in connection with $900 million in senior credit facilities for Wright Express Corporation, a provider of payment processing and information management products and services to the United States commercial and government vehicle fleet industry, and certain subsidiaries. The credit facility consists of a $200 million U.S. dollar term loan facility and a $700 million multicurrency revolving credit facility, and is guaranteed by certain domestic subsidiaries of the company.
