R.J. Reynolds obtains reversal of trial court order pertaining to publication of Camel Farm advertisement being in violation of agreement terms with certain states

Jones Day represented R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company at an evidentiary hearing addressing the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's allegations that publication of the Camel Farm advertisement in the November 15, 2007 issue of Rolling Stone magazine violated the terms of the 1998 Master Settlement Agreement and related Consent Decree entered into with certain states. The trial court's order and memorandum opinion were reversed by the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court at 4 A.3d 749 (Pa. Commw. 2010).
