Talend raises capital in Series F round and concurrently acquires Sopera

Jones Day provided advice to Talend SA, a provider of open source data integration software making data integration available to all types of organizations, in connection with its issuance of Series F Preferred Shares in a private placement to Silver Lake Sumeru, Balderton Capital, and Idinvest Partners and the concurrent acquisition by Talend of Sopera, a provider of open source service-oriented architecture (SOA) and middleware solutions.
