Jones Day represented INEO GDF SUEZ, a French-based energy company active in the fields of electricity generation and distribution, natural gas and renewable energy, as sponsor in connection with the €176 million (US$222 million) project financing for the design, construction, servicing, and financing of all of the electric and information systems for the Dijon tramway and of a photovoltaic plant in the tramways park.
