SODEARIF obtains financing for new building at University of Paris IV

Client(s) SODEARIF

Jones Day advised SODEARIF, a real estate development subsidiary of Bouygues Batiment Ile-de-France, in connection with the €42.5 million (US$63.8 million) project financing for the construction and operation of a new building at the University of Paris IV, provided by Dexia and Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations. SODEARIF was one of the shareholders in the special purpose vehicle that borrowed the funds for this public-private partnership contract.
