Philippe Delelis' practice focuses on public law involving government contracts, administrative litigation, and regulatory law. He advises clients on public law regarding procurement contracts and project financing, particularly concession contracts, as well as complex contractual arrangements with public bodies.

Philippe represents clients before French administrative courts and advises on French and European regulatory law pertaining to general regulation, notably in the context of privatizations, export control, foreign investments, and sector-specific regulation, mainly in the energy, transportation, and public banking system areas.

Philippe has published numerous articles related to public contracts law and teaches project finance at the University of Paris I-Panthéon Sorbonne. He served in high-profile positions with the French Ministry of Finance and other departments before entering the private practice.
