Jones Day advised Praesepe plc, a UK-based gaming company listed on AIM, in its £45 million (US$69 million) acquisition of Beacon Entertainments Limited, one of the largest adult gaming centers and bingo club operators in the UK, and related placing to existing and new shareholders.
