Jones Day advised La Caixa, as agent, Banco de Sabadell, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A., Caja Madrid, and Banco Español de Crédito, S.A. (BANESTO) in connection with the €102.5 million (US$139.4 million) project financing for the construction and operation of Parideras wind power station with a total generating capacity of 42 MW and the Montclues wind power station with a total generating capacity of 30 MW located in Cataluña, Spain.
