DDR completes tender offer for three series of Senior Notes

Client(s) Developers Diversified Realty Corporation

Jones Day advised Developers Diversified Realty Corporation, a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust, in connection with the repurchase of approximately $4.0 million of its outstanding 5.00% Senior Notes due 2010, approximately $24.7 million of its outstanding 4.625% Senior Notes due 2010, and approximately $54.4 million of its outstanding Senior Notes due 2011. Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. acted as Dealer-Managers.
