Jones Day advised Bank of America Merrill Lynch in connection with the issuance of $250 million of 9 7/8% Senior Notes due 2018 in a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering by Pioneer Drilling Company, a provider of drilling and production services to independent and major oil and gas exploration and production companies throughout the United States and in Colombia.
