Jones Day advised Goldshield Group plc, a developer, marketer and distributor of pharmaceutical and consumer health products, in its £178 million (US $299 million) acquisition by Midas Bidco Limited, a new company formed by the management of Goldshield Group plc and backed by HgCapital.
