SunPower re-negotiates EPC agreements in connection with development of solar park in Montalto di Castro

Client(s) SunPower Corporation

Jones Day assisted the Italian subsidiary of SunPower Corporation, a vertically integrated solar products and services company, in the €104 million (US$155 million) re-negotiation of EPC Agreement for the construction of a large solar park in Montalto di Castro. The contractor assumed a temporary role as investor before the implementation of the classical project financing scheme.
