Cordea obtains credit facility

Jones Day provided advice to Cordea Savills LLP, an international property fund manager, in connection with the (i) the analysis of the feasibility of the transactions structure; (ii) the negotiation, drafting and finalization of (a) the necessary amendments to the existing facility agreements, (b) the credit facility agreement to be entered into by the client, (c) the VAT facility agreement, (d) the waiver requests under the existing facility agreement entered into by the client's unit-holder; (iii) the ordinary legal and regulatory issues connected with the transaction.
