Jones Day counseled TSG Consumer Partners L.P. in connection with the acquisition and related financing of Pevonia International, LLC, a provider of spa care services in the United States and internationally, and Medicalia International, LLC, a wholesaler of skin-care products. The financing consisted of a secured financing and revolving line of credit.
