Jones Day advised OR International LLC in connection with its £8.8 million (US$16.9 million) investment in UK Specialist Hospitals Limited by way of a subscription for shares and loan notes in order to finance the building and development of a hospital known as the Avonmouth, Gloucester and Wiltshire Project.
