Medco Research obtains summary judgment in securities fraud action

Client(s) Medco Research, Inc.

Jones Day represented Medco Research, Inc. in a securities fraud class action alleging that Medco misled investors concerning the prospects of FDA approval for a new drug. Summary judgment was granted in favor of Medco by the district court and affirmed on appeal by the Seventh Circuit.
