Jones Day represented La Caixa in the €14 million (US $18.2 million) project financing for the increase of power up to 9.73 MW in a cogeneration plant located in Teruel (Spain); the acquisition of a cogeneration plant in Calamocha, Teruel (Spain) with a generating capacity of 6.56 MW by Técnicas de Cogeneracion de Calamocha, S.L.; and the restructuring of the current debt of Tech 94, S.A.
