Jones Day represented High Road Capital Partners in connection with its acquisition of the outstanding stock of Accentus Inc., an Ontario, Canada-based provider of medical transcription services throughout Canada. The structure of this transaction included the use of a Luxembourg blocker corporation, primarily to avoid tax treaty complications upon exit by High Road.
