Jones Day advised Eckes AG, Europe's top manufacturer of fruit juices and the fourth ranked maker of spirits, in connection with the sale of all of its non-German spirits operations including companies in Austria, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia and the United States to Oaktree Capital Management LLC.
