Jones Day represented Cayuga Lake Fund, L.P., as a co-investor with Brazil Real Estate Opportunities Fund, L.P., in the purchase of interests in Vargas Co-Invest Brazilian SPC (a Brazilian Limitada), which will develop a 14-story, Class-A office building in downtown Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
