Boyd's Bit Service successfully defends against trade secret misappropriation and various causes of action

Jones Day defended Boyd's Bit Service and its employee against ten causes of action including trade secret misappropriation, defalcation, breach of contract, tortious interference, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty. Upon taking the case over from another firm and obtaining a successful reversal of a prior "death penalty" sanction, the case was settled.
