Jones Day advised Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. in connection with the €12 million (US$15.7 million) bridge loan in connection with the construction and operation of the La Esperanza wind park with a generating capacity of 30 MW located in Guadalajara, Spain.
