Jones Day advised Banco Espirito Santo Investment, plc in connection with the €55 million (US $80.7 million) project financing for the construction, maintenance and operation of five photovoltaic plants with a total capacity of 7.2 MW located in Extremadura, Andalucia and Castilla La-Mancha, Spain.
