J.F. Lehman portfolio company reduces capital

Jones Day advised J.F. Lehman & Company in connection with the reduction of capital of Silicon Sensing Systems Limited ("SSSL"), a provider of micro electromechanical sensor technology and a 50/50 joint venture held by J.F. Lehman's portfolio company, Atlantic Inertial Systems Limited ("AIS"), a leading supplier of mission critical hardware. The reserve created by the reduction was then paid as a dividend by SSSL to AIS and its joint venture partner, Sumitomo Precision Products Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of aerospace products, heat-exchange equipment and other industrial equipment.
