Global investigations lawyer Brian Saulnier joins Jones Day as partner in Pittsburgh

Investigations lawyer Brian Saulnier has joined Jones Day's Pittsburgh Office as a partner in the Firm's Investigations & White Collar Defense Practice.

Mr. Saulnier is a recognized leader in cross-border internal and government-facing investigations, with more than two decades of experience resolving complex, multijurisdictional matters while supporting client business objectives. He has conducted investigations in more than 30 countries around the world, representing clients before the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and a variety of enforcement authorities and regulators outside the United States. His investigations practice covers a full spectrum of subject matters, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the UK Bribery Act, and the False Claims Act.

Mr. Saulnier also advises corporate boards, audit committees, special committees, and executive management teams on matters of disclosure, as well as with respect to risk avoidance and mitigation through the development of appropriately tailored compliance programs.

He will work with a global team of experienced lawyers to defend companies and individuals against allegations relating to all areas of white-collar crime, including internal investigations and compliance reviews, federal and state investigations, enforcement actions and criminal prosecutions, and regulatory issues.

Mr. Saulnier is recognized in Chambers USA (Litigation: White Collar Crime & Government Investigations in Pennsylvania), The Legal 500 United States (Recommended Lawyer for Corporate Investigations and White-Collar Criminal Defense), and The Legal 500 United Kingdom (Recommended Lawyer for Fraud, White-Collar Crime, Regulatory Investigations and Corporate Crime). He has also been named in Global Investigations Review and Who's Who Legal for his work in Investigations. Mr. Saulnier earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona.
