Inga Weiberg focuses on advising national and international companies on real estate law and real estate financing. She has extensive experience in the acquisition, sale, and financing of commercial real estate, project developments, and residential real estate portfolios. Her work includes the risk assessment of complex real estate matters in the context of international M&A transactions, the restructuring of real estate investments and financings, as well as bond issues. Inga also advises on legal issues and drafting of contracts in asset, property, and facility management.

In addition, Inga has experience advising on national and cross-border M&A transactions, private equity matters, and general corporate law issues.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Inga trained at international and national law firms, where she practiced in the areas of domestic and cross-border M&A as well as patent litigation and intellectual property law. During her legal clerkship she also advised clients on setting up businesses and on expanding their operations internationally.
