Collin Waring represents clients in a variety of complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing of retail, office, hotel, industrial, mixed-use, and multifamily commercial properties. He also has experience representing master servicers (and sub-servicers) in the servicing of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae multifamily loans.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2020, Collin represented several multifamily real estate companies, including Fairfield Residential and Lincoln Property Company, in their multifamily development and expansion projects, as well as Southern Power Company in their solar and wind renewable energy projects throughout the United States.
