Andreas Wuylens has significant experience advising on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. He represents buyers and sellers across a wide range of M&A mandates, including strategic and private equity-driven acquisitions and exits, auction processes, carve-outs, distressed transactions, and asset deals. In addition to his transactional practice, Andreas counsels clients on restructurings, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate governance and corporate law matters.
Recent representative transactions include Syensqo's €135 million carve-out sale of its oil and gas business unit to SNF Group and the sale by the Seyntex shareholders of a majority stake in the company to a consortium led by Ceres Industries Capital.
Andreas is also a member of the Legal & Tax Committee of the Belgium-Japan Association and Chamber of Commerce.
