Amanda Wu's practice focuses on capital markets and other commercial transactions. She has experience advising clients on initial public offerings in Hong Kong, mergers and acquisitions, and other legal regulatory and compliance matters.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2021, Amanda worked and interned at several reputable law firms where she gained experience in debt capital markets, acquisition and corporate financing, litigation, and intellectual property.
