She has advised a German hotel operator in four related London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) claims against a prominent international hotel group regarding the interpretation of franchise agreements for the development and operation of hotels; represented an international state-owned oil company in an LCIA arbitration claim against another oil company relating to an alleged breach of contract; advised a prominent global technology provider on avenues of documentary disclosure against a global bank in relation to ongoing fraud investigations; and advised shareholders in a complex beneficial ownership fund dispute spanning several jurisdictions, including Hong Kong, the Cayman Islands, and England & Wales.
