Whitney Smelly advises private and public companies on corporate law matters. Her practice includes representing clients in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and other strategic transactions. Whitney also has experience advising companies on corporate governance and commercial contract matters. She has assisted clients with corporate transactions across several industries, including manufacturing, technology, and commercial services.

Whitney also advises private equity firms and their portfolio companies on corporate governance and general business law matters. She has consulted on transactions for The Riverside Company and Integrated Power Services.
