Sue Sun assists with internal investigations of multinational companies, including potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Her experience covers all stages of complex cross-border internal investigations, including document reviews, witnesses interviews, on-site visits, phone collections, and recommendations for remedial actions.

Sue also has experience advising multinationals on issues relating to cybersecurity, cross-border data transfers, privacy compliance, and data breach incident responses.

In addition, Sue has experience in cross-border M&A transactions and general corporate matters. She drafts due diligence reports, articles of association, and other legal documents for M&A projects in the chemical and medical industries.
