Morgan Schauer practices intellectual property law, with a focus on technology, licensing, and commercial transactions. Morgan counsels clients from a variety of industries, including software, education, biotechnology, life sciences, and medical devices.
Morgan also maintains an active pro bono practice, advising nonprofit organizations on charitable transactions and corporate matters and representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States as a part of the Firm's Border Project.
