Trevor Parkes represents clients in complex civil litigation and investigations at the state and federal levels. He has experience with a variety of legal proceedings, including offensive and defensive discovery, preparing for depositions, drafting motions and pleadings, and providing oral advocacy on behalf of clients. Trevor's practice spans a wide range of industries and topics, including mining, commodities, health care, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer credit, and public safety.
Trevor maintains an active pro bono practice focused on criminal justice reform. He is involved in representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States, indigent criminal defendants, and people incarcerated in prison.
Trevor served two federal clerkships prior to joining Jones Day, where he gained experience in civil and criminal matters.
