Stef Plouvier counsels corporate and private equity clients on all aspects of Dutch and international taxation relating to M&A, corporate reorganizations, and strategic planning. He also represents clients in (international) tax audits and tax controversy.

Stef recently advised Parker-Hannifin in its $4.3 billion acquisition of CLARCOR, Newell Brands in its $16 billion acquisition of Jarden, and Petronas Chemicals in its acquisition of Da Vinci.

Stef has coauthored several articles on Dutch tax law, including on the tax aspects of private equity.
