Nathaniel Parr represents public and private companies, as well as private equity firms, on corporate law matters. His practice includes domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and other strategic transactions. He has experience advising clients across various industries, including food, consumer goods, manufacturing, and software.

Prior to attending law school, Nathaniel taught high school in the DeKalb County School District in Georgia.
