Bianca's recent experience includes acting for DV4 on the regeneration of Elephant & Castle, advising British Land Company on the disposal of its retail assets, and advising Oxenwood Real Estate's joint venture with a Canadian institutional investor on the acquisition of a logistics portfolio for £286 million.
