Katie Nugent's practice focuses on representing leading financial institutions in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including in class action disputes.
Katie maintains an active pro bono practice and has experience assisting clients in family court, with asylum claims, and assisting children seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile status.
Prior to law school, Katie worked as a patent paralegal, focusing primarily on domestic U.S. patent applications and U.S. National Phase Applications.
