Heather McLoughlin's practice is focused on M&A and private equity. Heather regularly works on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on real estate private equity.

Heather acts for private equity funds, institutional investors, managers, and corporate clients. She has advised clients in a broad range of asset classes, including build-to-rent, hotels, offices, and logistics and has experience in advising clients through each stage of the real estate investment life cycle.

Heather has recently worked with clients such as Cushman & Wakefield, Goldman Sachs, Greystar Real Estate Partners, Henderson Park, KKR, Oxenwood Real Estate, and Sun Communities.
