Greyson Lambert practices corporate law, with a focus on M&A and corporate governance. He advises public and private companies and private equity firms and their portfolio companies on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestures, corporate restructurings, equity investments, and other complex and strategic transactions.
Greyson represents clients in a wide range of industries, including consumer goods, entertainment and gaming, chemical manufacturing, health care, software, and education. Greyson's representative matters include transactions or corporate governance assistance for Educational Testing Service, Ford, Flowers Foods, Guardian Pharmacy, and Southern Company.
Greyson also maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting nonprofits with various corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2022, Greyson clerked for Judge Walter W. Davis at the Georgia State-wide Business Court. Before attending law school, Greyson earned a football scholarship to attend both the University of Virginia and University of Georgia, where he played quarterback, was named Team Captain, and set multiple passing records. Greyson also signed with the Texas Rangers as a pitcher in 2017 and played one season for the Texas Rangers' Rookie Team prior to entering law school.
