Dilshaad Lonj concentrates her practice in the areas of private equity and mergers and acquisitions. She has worked with clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and restructurings. Dilshaad also has experience advising clients on their ongoing business requirements that includes employment-related matters, Singapore regulatory responsibilities, and commercial contracts.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2022, Dilshaad practiced at a leading Singaporean law firm where she advised clients on corporate finance and M&A across a variety of industries, including health care, insurance, fintech, and education.
