Amy Lopez's practice focuses on business litigation and includes representing a consumer credit reporting agency in individual consumer credit litigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2022, Amy practiced immigration law, where she negotiated the release of persons from detention centers, advocated for asylum seekers in Immigration Court, and represented minors in California Probate and Family Courts.
