Abbi Lynch represents clients in the health care and life science industries, including academic medical centers, health systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Abbi regularly advises clients on regulatory and compliance matters, particularly those involving state professional practice acts, the cross-border practice of health professions, and telehealth. She represents organ transplant programs in connection with various regulatory and litigation-related issues, and she frequently represents clients in state and federal false claims and anti-kickback investigations. Abbi also counsels clients in a broad range of other matters, including strategic transactions, formation of health insurance plans, and Medicare participation.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Abbi worked for a national nonprofit that provides expertise in public health law.
