Thomas Kochberger advises corporate clients on complex cross-border M&A transactions and general corporate matters with a focus on the Austrian market. Prior to joining Jones Day in 2023, Thomas gained experience at an international law firm in Vienna, Austria, where he advised domestic and international groups, growth strategy investors, family businesses, and private clients on all aspects of corporate law and high-value private M&A deals.
