Nikolay Kutsarov's practice focuses on multijurisdictional, public and private traditional and synthetic securitizations.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Nikolay was an associate at an international Magic Circle law firm in Frankfurt, where he advised businesses and banks on complex corporate and financial restructurings and various matters related to German and European insolvency law.
