With more than 15 years of experience, Dr. Nicole Kadel has in-depth knowledge regarding the structuring and execution of real estate transactions by way of asset or share deal. She advises national and international investors on the acquisition and disposal concerning all real estate asset classes (including office and retail, logistics properties, hotels, and residential portfolios).

In addition, Nicole's experience includes advising investors and asset managers on all aspects of real estate portfolio management, particularly lease negotiations, commercial lease law, and real estate litigation as well as facility, asset, and property management contracts.

Nicole recently advised Hansteen on the disposal of its German and Dutch property portfolios and real estate management business for €1.28 billion to entities owned by funds advised by affiliates of The Blackstone Group L.P. and M7 Real Estate. Further, Nicole advised on the acquisition of a huge office project development (Fleet Office II) in Hamburg as well as on the acquisition of various logistics properties, including project developments and existing real estate.
