Jonathan Khouzam is a commercial litigator who represents clients in high-stakes disputes in state and federal courts nationwide, with particular depth of experience in the Texas Business Court. He also has experience defending clients in products liability and complex tort litigation matters. He has first-chaired several cases arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including recently taking a matter through trial and obtaining a complete dismissal of all claims.
Jonathan maintains an active pro bono practice, including advising on First Amendment issues and representing individuals pursuing civil rights claims.
